Remove skin and cube watermelon. Defrost peas. Pick mint leaves. Slice cucumber into half moons. Crumble feta.Place your child’s portion of watermelon, peas and cucumber on their plate. Turn meatballs and brush with more sauce. Return to the oven for 10 mins more. Meanwhile, heat microwave rice.

Add rice and meatballs to your child’s plate.For adults, serve pork meatballs on top of rice and spoon over remaining sauce to taste. Serve with watermelon salad.
