Heat your oven to 200 C and line a baking tray.
Mix cumin, thyme, coriander, garlic powder, brown sugar, ½ teaspoon salt and pepper (to taste) in a large bowl. Mix through 2 tablespoons olive oil and add pork to coat. You can also keep some pork plain for your little one if you prefer. Set aside at room temperature.

Peel carrots and slice lengthwise into quarters. Add to the baking tray and drizzle over 2 tablespoons honey, and sprinkle salt and pepper. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.

Trim woody ends from broccolini and discard. Halve avocado, remove seed and slice flesh into long pieces.

Mix 2 tablespoons honey and apple cider vinegar and divide into two portions. Add mustard and 2 tablespoons olive oil to one portion, this will be our salad dressing. Keep the other portion for cooking the pork.

When the timer goes for your carrots, turn and add cashews. Coat carrots and cashews in honey on the tray as you turn them. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.

Place a frying pan on medium-high heat. Once warm, cook pork for 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. At the last minute of cooking, pour in the honey / apple cider vinegar mixture to coat and let it reduce slightly.
Remove the pork from the pan and set aside to rest. Add the broccolini to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, turning every so often, until bright green.

To serve children, slice pork into fingers and serve with their sides.To serve adults, dress salad and serve with pork.
