Slice zucchini into half moons. Peel and thinly slice garlic. Trim broccolini and slice lengthwise down the middle. Juice limes (yield 1.5 tablespoon per lime).

Dice beef into 2 cm cubes. Drizzle over sesame oil.

Add beef and cook in a single layer for a minute, then turn and cook for another minute.Option to add plain beef to your child’s plate now. 500 g steak
Add satay sauce to the pan and stir until just covered (1-2 mins). Meanwhile, microwave rice.

Serve on a bed of rice with garlicky greens on the side. Top with coriander and mixed sesame seeds.Serve kids plain rice. Slice beef and slice broccolini. Serve all elements separately. ¼ bunch coriander, 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
