Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch broccolini
  • 2 lime
  • 500 g steak
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil 1.5 tablespoon total for the recipe

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon dark soy sauce

  • ¼ bunch coriander
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds mixed
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  • Slice zucchini into half moons. Peel and thinly slice garlic. Trim broccolini and slice lengthwise down the middle. Juice limes (yield 1.5 tablespoon per lime).

  • Dice beef into 2 cm cubes. Drizzle over sesame oil.

  • Whisk peanut butter, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons lime juice, dark soy sauce and water. It will seize at first, keep whisking until smooth.

  • Place a pan on high heat, add oil, then add zucchini, garlic and broccolini. Add water and stir fry until bright green and cooked through. Remove to a plate and cover to keep warm.

  • Add beef and cook in a single layer for a minute, then turn and cook for another minute.

    Serve kids plain rice. Slice beef and slice broccolini. Serve all elements separately.
